The princess is locked in a cage, and an evil ninja put her there. Stickman Ninja Warriors gives you a hero who has mastered the shuriken, so the rescue is a matter of aim rather than brute force.
It plays like a puzzle: throw the shuriken so that it breaks the cage holding the princess. Every throw is a small problem to solve, and the only tool you need is the mouse.
